Checks, money orders, cashiers checks and bank drafts are only allowed for domestic orders and orders will not ship until approved by the financial institution.
All international orders must be paid with a credit card and orders will not be shipped until the cards are verified and charges approved.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Orders may show as pending for several days. Shipping may take up to 21 days to receive your order by USPS. Silver Bullet Marketing will notify you when the shipper indicates it has been delivered.
Returns or Exchange (within 30 days):
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn't right, let us know. We gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise. We'll send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style. If you'd rather have a refund, we'll take care of that, too. A 10% restocking fee applies to non-defective merchandise.
For returns: Place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice, then send the box back to us to the address below. All merchandise will be refunded for the price paid.
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
For exchanges: Please write exchange on your original invoice, and list the item(s) you would like to exchange on the invoice. Then, include the invoice along with your original merchandise in a box and ship it to the address below. We'll send in-stock items to you right away. We will charge your credit card for the difference (if any) and ship your new items as soon as possible. Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

Changing your Order:
Changing the quantity or size/color of an item while you are still shopping or during checkout on the shopping cart or order summary page:
Increase or decrease the quantity of an item by changing the quantity field on the line that refers to the product you intend to change. Then click Update
Making Changes After an Order Has Been Sent: Please note that your order may begin processing immediately after you place the order, and it may not be possible to change items on existing orders.
Removing items while you are still shopping:
If you are in the shopping cart screen and havent clicked Checkout, you can remove a
single item by clicking on the Remove checkbox on the line that refers to the product you want to remove. Then click Update.
Removing items during checkout:
If you are in the checkout process but have not sent the order, you are able to remove items from the
shopping cart. Remove an item by clicking on the Remove checkbox on the line that refers to the product you intend to remove. Then click Update.

If the order has been shipped to you:
You will have to return the merchandise.
