Returns or Exchange (within 30 days):
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn't right, let us know. We gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise. We'll send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style. If you'd rather have a refund, we'll take care of that, too. A 10% restocking fee applies to non-defective merchandise.

For returns: Place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice, then send the box back to us to the address below. All merchandise will be refunded for the price paid.
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
For exchanges: Please write “exchange” on your original invoice, and list the item(s) you would like to exchange on the invoice. Then, include the invoice along with your original merchandise in a box and ship it to the address below. We'll send in-stock items to you right away. We will charge your credit card for the difference (if any) and ship your new items as soon as possible. Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

Changing your Order:
Changing the quantity or size/color of an item while you are still shopping or during checkout on the shopping cart or order summary page:
Increase or decrease the quantity of an item by changing the “quantity” field on the line that refers to the product you intend to change. Then click “Update”

Making Changes After an Order Has Been Sent:
If you need to make any changes to your order after you have sent it, please call Internet Customer Service at 414-708-5431. Please note that your order may begin processing immediately after you place the order, and it may not be possible to change items on existing orders.

Removing items while you are still shopping:
If you are in the shopping cart screen and haven’t clicked “Checkout”, you can remove a
single item by clicking on the “Remove” checkbox on the line that refers to the product you want to remove. Then click “Update”.

Removing items during checkout:
If you are in the checkout process but have not sent the order, you are able to remove items from the
shopping cart. Remove an item by clicking on the “Remove” checkbox on the line that refers to the product you intend to remove. Then click “Update”.

Canceling an Order after it has been placed:
If you have sent your order, call Internet customer service at 414-708-5431 to cancel your order.
Please note that your order may begin processing immediately after you place your order, and it may not be possible to cancel the order.

If the order has been shipped to you:
You will have to return the merchandise.
